Untitled

In the cobwebbed
dimness and silence
of a desolate temple of my faith

A flower drops
onto the petrified floor
from atop the ear of an idol

With no more sound
than two omens brushing against

each other, telling

Me nothing.
My God stays
a stony presence

All knowing.
